OWCP/OMP Benefits

    This diagram outlines the benefits available under OWCP and OPM. It further explains prohibitions against simultaneously receiving dual benefits under both systems. The exception to this rule is the ability to collect OPM Annuity and OWCP Schedule Award benefits. It is further permissible for claimant to resume collecting OWCP compensation upon expiration of Schedule Award.
